LifeDOC recently moved into it's new expanded clinic location at 1068 Cresthaven, Suite 300.  The new location is conveniently located near the center of the Memphis metro area, at the southwest corner of I-240 and Poplar interchange.  Go east on Poplar from I-240 and turn left (south) at the second street (Cresthaven), then go 1 block to 5 story medical building on left.
