We recognize that there are few diabetes/obesity specialized personnel working with primary care providers in the greater-Memphis community. That's why we're here. LifeDOC was developed through an affiliation with the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Nursing. We work with primary care providers to assist them in diabetes patient care.
